What should troubleshoot this?
Hi all,
Exchange2003 /outlook 2007
We have one user that always complains that some emails were automatically moved to deleted items folder. I checked and there is no rules set up.
What could it be?

Does the user have a blackberry/mobile device that has it's own filter applied?

Yes, she has iphone.

There is also the thought that the users Junk mail settings are set to delete suspected junk email instead of using the junk folder.

If the user is kosher with it, try disabling her mobile active sync in AD for a day or two (caution of withdrawl symptoms) and see if any of the symptoms continue. At least it will begin isolating the issue to other areas to focus on.

since there are items in the junk folder, I doubt that the option is enabled. I am going to check.

As told there is No rule set up . You can recreate a OUTLOOK profile for that users.
And also Inform the user to recreate IPhone profile.
